Terms of Service

Last updated · 31 August 2026

These terms apply to your use of the PixlPilot website, the preflight model and our API. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

PixlPilot is a restorative image-to-image preflight model for print production. It repairs, upscales and prepares artwork and returns print-ready output. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but preflight results are automated and should be reviewed before production.

Your responsibilities

  • You confirm that you have the rights to every file you submit, including artwork uploaded by your customers.
  • You keep your access credentials and API keys confidential.
  • You do not submit unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes someone else's rights.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights to your artwork and to the output produced from it. We keep all rights to the model, software, documentation and branding that make up PixlPilot.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy or resell the model, bypass usage limits, or use the service to build a competing preflight model.

Availability and changes

The service is under active development. We may change, improve or retire features, and we may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts processing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless agreed separately in writing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PixlPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost production time, reprints or lost profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if usage threatens the stability or security of the service.
