Privacy Policy

Last updated · 31 August 2026

This policy explains what data PixlPilot collects when you visit this site, contact us, or send artwork through our preflight model, and what we do with it.

Who we are

PixlPilot provides an in-house trained preflight model for DTF and print shops. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@pixlpilot.com.

Data we collect

  • Contact details you submit yourself: name, email address, shop name and the content of your message.
  • Artwork and files you or your customers send to the preflight model, together with technical metadata such as resolution, dimensions, colour mode and file type.
  • Basic technical data needed to run the service: request timestamps, error logs and usage counters.

Why we use it

We use your contact details to answer your request and to discuss access to the model. We process artwork solely to run the preflight steps you asked for and to return print-ready output. Technical data is used to keep the service reliable and to investigate failures.

Your artwork

Your original files stay preserved. Repaired versions are created as separate outputs, and we do not sell, publish or share your artwork with third parties. We do not use customer artwork for model training unless you explicitly agree to it in writing.

Retention

Files and processing results are kept only as long as needed to deliver the output and support your account, after which they are deleted. Contact messages are kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Processors

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage and email delivery. They process data on our instructions only and are bound by their own data processing terms.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, request correction or deletion, or object to processing. Send your request to hello@pixlpilot.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active customers directly.
